booking rules for veeno
TABLE RESERVATIONS

After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmed booking will generate a number that is required to amend the reservation online or update us on further information you wish to communicate (e.g. dietary requirements). Tables are selected according to the availability. We cannot guarantee a particular table, please contact the venue directly for any preferences.
A card authentication (generally £5 to £10pp) or deposit may be required for groups of six or more, depending on the day and time of your enquiry.

GROUP BOOKINGS

For any event privatising the whole venue or a section (for larger groups), a deposit is required to secure the booking and in the case of a minimum spend, the balance can be requested to be paid prior to the event date.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

You can cancel an online reservation no later than 24 hours of the reservation date. This can be done online or emailing the venue directly.
In the event a card authentication has been given to secure a booking and the customer cancels within 24 hours of the booking's date & time, Veeno reserves its right to invoice the customer of the amount from the card authentication.
In the case of a privatisation of the venue, the deposit is 100% refundable 14 days prior to the event date. If the cancellation occurs between 7 to 14 days of the event date, 50% of the minimum spend amount invoiced will be retained, if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event date, 100% of the amount will be retained.
LATE ARRIVAL

Your reservation is kept for 15 minutes after the booking time. Further delay can cause your booking to be cancelled. We recommend contacting the venue directly to forewarn them of any delay.
