This red wine comes from the Campania region , produced by the Vigne Storte company , which owns about 10 hectares of land. Hard work, dedication, care for the vineyards and for production, give life to a product rich in flavors, aromas and high quality

Food Match: Having a blackberry and raspberry flavor, this wine can be tasted with mature cheeses such as a Pecorino di Fossa aged at least 5 months. It's s a wine that pairs very well with red meats, ideal to be tasted with a Florentine steak. 

15 days at controlled temperature aging in stainless steel for 10 months followed in bottle for 5 month.
