Description: The wine is produced from grapes growing on the slopes, whose land is not more than 500 meters above sea level. The Molise region is characterized by a gentle nature, the soil consists of clay and limestone rocks, and in the coastal floodplains, sandy soil. The age of the vines is 15-25 years.  It is a full of wine with tasty fruit, nice complexity and very good finish. It can go up to 2-3 years of aging.

Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes followed by fermentation for 8-10 days.
Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Further maturation in a 25 hectoliter wooden barrel for 3 months.

Food Match: Ideal with pasta, game, pork chops and red meat. For an unusual combination, try it with grilled fish.
