A pale golden in hue. Aromas of citrus blossom, bitter orange and pine nuts. On the palate, medium-bodied and refreshing with flavours of apple and pears. The acidity is balanced and the finish slightly spicy.

Perfect with fennel risotto with ricotta and dried chillis, pasta dumplings filled with ham, provolone and ricotta (calcioni di ricotta rustici) or grilled octopus kebab.
